PANews reported on October 12 that according to a proposal released on the Arbitrum Community Forum, community members suggested transferring 220 million ARB in the Game Catalyst Program (GCP) multi-signature wallet to the Arbitrum DAO treasury, leaving only 3.65 million ARB for GCP to continue operating until further funding is required from governance. The proposal pointed out that GCP failed to fulfill its supervisory responsibilities and that 3/5 of the multi-signature wallets that controlled $120 million in funds posed security risks. Currently, GCP's operations are progressing slowly and have not yet met its set transparency and oversight commitments, further increasing community concerns.
