Almost half of hedge funds focused on traditional assets now have crypto exposure, thanks to regulatory clarity and the launch of ETFs, a new study finds.
- 47% of hedge funds in traditional markets now have crypto exposure, up from 29% in 2023.
- 67% of them plan to maintain their current investment levels.
- 58% of funds trade derivatives, up from 38% last year.
- However, 76% of funds that don’t invest in crypto don’t plan to change their position in the next three years.
