RD Technologies
RD Technologies has completed a $7.8 million Series A1 round of financing, with participation from Sequoia China, Hivemind Capital, Aptos Labs, Hash Global, SNZ Capital, Solana Foundation, Anagram and Upward Capital. The funds raised will enable RD Technologies to connect the Web2 and Web3 worlds and continue to contribute to the construction of Hong Kong's Web3 ecosystem.
The company launched the HKDR stablecoin, which aims to promote the application of digital currencies and the expansion of the Web3 economy. On July 18, Yuanbi Technology announced that its subsidiary Yuanbi Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. had been included in the Hong Kong Monetary Authority's stablecoin issuer sandbox program. Yuanbi Technology will test its Hong Kong dollar stablecoin operation plan in the HKMA sandbox. In addition, another subsidiary of Yuanbi Technology, Yuanbi Wallet Technology Co., Ltd., has been issued a stored value payment facility (SVF) license by the HKMA and will be officially operational by the end of 2023.

Mind Network is a fully homomorphic encryption re-staking layer that plans to use the new funding to integrate more staking protocols to expand its business and continue to release supporting infrastructure. Users holding staked assets from partner protocols can redeem vFHE on Mind Network and participate in FHE voting.
Moonray Studio
Web3 multiplayer battle arena game development studio Moonray Studio announced that it has raised $8.25 million in two rounds of financing, with participation from Animoca Brands, Polygon Ventures and Cardano. It has also established a game development partnership with Digital Void, a streaming content partnership with Reel FX, and user acquisition partnerships with gaming guilds such as YGG, Snack Club and Unix.
Moonray uses blockchain technology to enhance the gaming experience through asset ownership, customizable NFTs, and token rewards. The new funds will be used to launch a mobile version of the Autobattler game in the first quarter of next year.

ZAR
Digital wallet ZAR has completed its angel round of financing, with participation from angel investors including MonkeDAO, Big Brain Holdings, Solana Labs co-founder toly, and former Coinbase CTO Balaji. The specific financing amount and valuation information have not been disclosed yet.

RoOLZ is a TON ecosystem animation IP content platform.
