Binance Watchlist and Seed Tags Updates - October 3, 2024

On October 3, 2024, Binance announced changes to its Watchlist and Seed Tags following recent revisions.

Tokens added to the Watchlist:

Bluzelle (BLZ)

CLV (CLV)

SelfKey (KEY)

Prosper (PROS)

VITE (VITE)

Tokens removed from the Seed Tags:

Pendle (PENDLE)

Sei (SEI)

What this means:

Watch Tag: Tokens in this category are considered highly volatile and risky. Binance closely monitors these tokens, and they may face delisting if they no longer meet the platform’s criteria.

Seed Tag: These represent newer, innovative projects that also carry higher risks and volatility but offer potential growth opportunities.

Trading Requirements:

To trade tokens with either tag, users must pass tests every 90 days and accept the terms of use on the Binance Spot and Margin platforms. Risk warnings will be displayed for these tokens.

Review Criteria:

Binance reviews factors such as project commitment, development activity, liquidity, network security, and overall communication to determine whether tokens should be added or removed from these lists.
