The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved the listing and trading of options on the BlackRock Bitcoin Spot ETF on Nasdaq.

- Starting September 20, options on the iShares Bitcoin Trust (ticker IBIT) will be traded on Nasdaq.

- Trading will follow the same rules as other ETF options.

- Options on IBIT will be physically settled with an American execution style.
