👉🏻In an interview with Axios, Binance CEO Richard Teng said:

"CZ has been permanently banned from holding any executive positions at Binance, instead of the 3-year term as agreed to resign and plead guilty to the US Department of Justice in November 2023."

Mr. Teng explained:

"Although CZ no longer has direct management rights, as the largest shareholder, he still retains all the corresponding rights. As an investor, CZ can still monitor the business situation and propose changes, appoint positions on the board of directors or even CEO."

According to Forbes, CZ still owns about 90% of the shares in Binance, with an estimated fortune of up to 61 billion USD, continuing to be the richest person in the cryptocurrency industry. #binance
