Let me slowly check and share some updates about Ex Populus for you!
This is the news for January 2022:
At Ex Populus, some of us remember playing Mike Tyson’s Punch Out as kids and can recall the strategies needed to defeat opponents like King Hippo as we climbed the ladder in order to face the Baddest Man on the Planet. We all sat around our televisions in the 1980s, the flickering magic of NES 8-bit graphics immersing us in new and imagined worlds, unaware that these experiences would help shape our generation.
That’s why today, Ex Populus is so excited to announce a collaboration with Mike Tyson and his partners at 1ofOne. Together, we’ve created a new art collection and set of trading cards called Iron Pigeons to celebrate Mike Tyson’s love of pigeons, Web3, and video games. All the details about the project can be found on the Iron Pigeons website.
The Iron Pigeons will all be completely unique, algorithmically generated pigeon images based on dozens of features from award-winning artists. Each NFT will include a link to a high-resolution copy of the artwork, as well as a trading card.
