Although market situation is not very good. But it's the principal of investment, if you buy something at high price then the you can't do anything with your loss. All can do is to wait for the market recovery.
It is expected that as the October month start the market recovery will start. First Bitcoin$BTC # will cross 270k in September then slowly slowly it will cross 275k in October.
So don't sold your coins wait till October at least. As $ BTC cross 275k$ mark altcoins will also follow BTC.
