BA CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) shared his experience based on the past three halvings:
1. In the months leading up to the Bitcoin halving (from now on), there will be increasing chatter, news, anxiety, expectations, hype, hope, etc.
2. The day after the halving, the price of Bitcoin will not double overnight, and people usually ask why it doesn’t.
3. One year after the halving, the price of Bitcoin hit multiple ATHs (historical highs), and people asked why again. It seems that everyone’s memory is very short.
CZ added that it is not that there is a proven causal relationship and history cannot predict the future.
