According to TechFlow, on August 15, Chainlink's Data Streams and VRF were launched on Thursday morning and are now available on the Layer 2 blockchain Base incubated by Coinbase. This means that the entire Chainlink product suite is now open to Base developers.

Data Streams combines low-latency market data and automatic execution to support high-throughput DeFi product development. Chainlink VRF is the most widely adopted random number generator in web3, having completed more than 21 million request transactions. Tom Vieira, product manager of Base, said that Base developers can now use Chainlink's full suite of products, including data streams, VRF, CCIP, functions, and price feeds, which will support developers in building the next generation of on-chain applications.
