According to ChainCatcher, the Bitcoin staking protocol Babylon disclosed in its official blog that on December 15, during the third launch of the Babylon Bitcoin staking protocol mainnet, an anonymous pledger pledged 10,000 Bitcoins worth more than $1 billion through three transactions.
Babylon said that this pledge is of particular significance to Babylon and its protocol. Anonymous pledgers chose to pledge directly to Babylon instead of through LST, which promoted the concept of "trustless" staking.
