CryptoQuant pointed out that the BTC bull market usually ends when the supply profitability rate reaches a certain threshold. In the bull market at the end of 2021, the supply profitability signal has existed for several months. Analyst Onchain Edge recommends that when the BTC supply loss rate is below 4%, BTC should be gradually sold through fixed investment to avoid volatility and protect profits.
In addition, market participants pay attention to the profit level of BTC holders, especially the reaction of short-term holders when the BTC price reaches $110,000 and $120,000. Darkfost, another CryptoQuant contributor, pointed out that the current unrealized profit ratio of Bitcoin whales is about 1.2, indicating that the bull trend may continue in the medium term.
