This perspective arises from Crenshaw's firm stance against a court ruling that deemed the SEC's decision to block a Bitcoin spot ETF as 'arbitrary and capricious.' While Gensler appeared to retreat following the court's decision, Crenshaw maintained her opposition, arguing that the court's judgment was incorrect.
