According to TechFlow news, on September 22, the crypto trading platform FTX reminded its customers that the final submission date for customer claims is 4 pm Eastern Time on September 29, 2023, and users are advised to log in to the customer claims portal to start the claims process. FTX requires customers to provide KYC information during the claims process, and the KYC review and verification process will continue after the deadline.
In addition, FTX has sent a separate notification on September 17, 2023 for accounts that were previously frozen due to cybersecurity incidents.
