🇷🇺Russia Is Racing To Legalize Crypto

Russia's lower house of parliament is considering a bill to legalize cryptocurrency in the country as US sanctions increasingly pressure the country's payment system.

🔸 President Putin: "Crypto is increasingly widely used in the world as a means of international payment."

🔸 According to the new law, Crypto will be managed like foreign currency in Russia.

❗️It is expected that the bill will be quickly passed by the House of Representatives and senators in the Federal Council, then signed by President Vladimir Putin and take effect on September 1.
