Bitcoin mining company Riot Platforms acquires Block Mining for $92.5 million

According to Bitcoin mining company Riot Platforms, it has acquired Kentucky-based Bitcoin mining company Block Mining for $92.5 million today to expand its mining operations.

In a statement released on Tuesday,

Riot said the acquisition would immediately add 60 megawatts of existing operating capacity.
