According to ChainCatcher, Dennis Porter, founder of the Satoshi Action Fund, said that five countries have contacted him, hoping to draft regulations to establish strategic Bitcoin reserves.
Porter stressed that the United States’ successful experience in Bitcoin legislation can be extended to the world. He has worked with state and national legislators in the United States to support the introduction of (Blockchain Foundation Act) in multiple states.
The Satoshi Action Fund is an organization that helps lawmakers develop and implement Bitcoin policy.
