The following institutions will participate in the sandbox, effective today: JD.com CoinChain Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., Yuanbi Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., Anni Group Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited.

The above institutions demonstrated their real intention and reasonable plan to develop stablecoin issuance business in Hong Kong during the evaluation process, and will carry out the proposed operation in a risk-controlled manner under the sandbox.
