The Russian Ministry of Finance has proposed allowing licensed exchanges such as the Moscow Exchange and the St. Petersburg Exchange to provide digital currency trading services to qualified investors.
Anatoly Akskov, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Financial Markets, emphasized that once the legal framework is established, exchanges will be able to start trading cryptocurrencies quickly without any problems.
