Ethereum Spot ETF Update.
The SEC responded to the ETFs today, asking them to update and resubmit their S-1 filings to include transaction fees. The deadline is the following Monday, July 22. It is expected that the SEC will approve it immediately after that on July 23, or possibly sooner if the ETF funds quickly resubmit the S-1 application.
This time, the SEC only requires updating transaction fees, which is likely to be fine, but nothing can be said in advance and the SEC can still turn the wheel at the last minute.
