BTC.D – The sweet psychological trap for altcoin investors
Many investors still believe that when BTC Dominance (BTC.D) rises, the altcoin season will soon follow when BTC.D drops. But in reality, the situation is far different.
BTC.D is merely a "psychological trap" disguised with hope.
When BTC.D decreases, it does not mean that money will flow into all altcoins. In fact, each altcoin cycle undergoes a "blood transfusion" – most old altcoins will fall into oblivion, never returning to their previous peaks. Only a very few projects with real capabilities can survive, retain value, and recover.
Things altcoin investors need to remember:
• A decrease in BTC.D does not mean all altcoins will rise simultaneously.
• Each altcoin season is a harsh selection round.
• Not all altcoins will have a "return to shore" – most will be replaced.
Instead of praying for BTC.D to drop, spend time carefully selecting projects – look at the real strength of tokenomics, cash flow, community, and ecosystem.
The skill lies not in guessing the right altcoin season, but in knowing how to choose the right surviving altcoin.
