#قطر 🌴🌴🌴⛔️ A Story⛔️ for Reflection⛔️ 🌴🌴🌴
I exited the mosque after performing my prayer,
My eyes accidentally fell upon an elderly, dignified Sheikh
sitting on a wheelchair
with his servant beside him.
I approached him and kissed his head,
then I said to him: (Pray for me, uncle).
He asked me: Is your father present?
I said: Yes.
He said: Is your mother present?
I said: Yes.
He smiled a smile mixed with the sorrow of age and the pains of days,
then he said: (Then you are a big merchant, keep your trade, my son, for my children have lost their trade).
I felt a shiver in my body,
and a tremor in my heart,
so I kissed his head again
and then I walked away from him while mumbling with my tongue:
Keep your trade, my son,
keep your trade, my son..
That truly is the profitable trade. . . .
Review your trade with your mothers and fathers
before it’s too late ...
