BlockShoals Technologies Inc. is a Philippine-registered company that facilitates access to Binance services. In November 2025, BlockShoals Technologies Inc. received an In-Principle Approval (IPA) from the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), followed by a Notice to Proceed with Testing issued by the SEC on April 14, 2026 — officially authorizing it to operate as a Crypto Asset Intermediary under the SEC StrategicSandbox (StratBox) under Memorandum Circular No. 9, Series of 2024.
