Binance P2P is a peer-to-peer marketplace that allows you to directly exchange cryptocurrencies with other Binance users. You can do so by using your preferred local currency, setting your own price, and choosing from various payment methods. Binance provides escrow service for its P2P marketplace to streamline and secure the transactions.

How to sell cryptocurrency on the Binance P2P website?

Before you sell, please make sure you have completed your identity verification and enable at least one Two-factor Authentication (2FA), such as Google Authenticator. Meanwhile, please ensure that you have funds in your Binance Funding Wallet. If you have not done so yet, go to [Wallet] and transfer the cryptocurrencies to your Funding Wallet from there.

Log into your Binance account and go to [Trade] - [P2P].

For quicker and simpler transactions, and to be matched with the best possible price, you may opt for the [Express] mode. Just enter the quantity you wish to sell and select your preferred payment method.

Alternatively, you can go to the [P2P] zone to view the full range of ads.

Once you’re on the P2P page, click [Sell] and select the cryptocurrency that you want to sell.

For example, if you want to sell USDT for VND, select VND as the fiat currency. Subsequently, you will be able to view various USDT advertisements posted by buyers.

Please ensure you carefully review the quantities, trade limits, and payment methods set by the buyers for each ad. Once you’ve chosen the buyer you want to trade with, click [Sell USDT]. Then, enter the quantity or the amount that you want to sell, and select your preferred payment method.

Let’s enter 100 USDT for this example:

Please note that the payment method you add here will be shown to the buyer during the transaction for receiving their payment. It’s essential to use your real name account and provide accurate information required for fund transfers.

Then, click [Sell USDT] and wait for the buyer to transfer funds to your payment account. Utilize the chat box on the right page to communicate with the buyer.

Once the buyer transfers the payment, ensure that you have received the buyer’s payment in your bank account or wallet before clicking [Payment Received]. We recommend logging into your payment account to verify if the correct amount has already been credited. Do not rely solely on SMS or email notifications.

After clicking [Confirm Release], the cryptocurrencies will be released to the buyer’s Funding Wallet, and the order will be completed.

Tips:

  • Do not trust anyone requesting offline transactions claiming to represent Binance Customer Support.
  • If payment is not received, please refrain from clicking [Confirm Release] to prevent financial losses.
  • If you encounter any issues during the transaction, you can click [Appeal] on the order page, and Customer Support will assist you in processing the order.
  • Do not agree to any request to release crypto before confirming the receipt of the payment to avoid financial losses.

Binance implements strict risk controls to ensure the safety of your funds, including a T+1 (24-hour) withdrawals limit, multiple facial verification checkpoints, and anti-money laundering reviews.
