If you entered the address incorrectly, the system will display an error message (“invalid address”). Please check with your recipient to confirm the address and withdrawal network again.
Tips: Always input the address by copy and paste or scan the QR code. DO NOT enter manually. If you enter the wrong address, you might lose your funds.
A "Tag" or "Memo" is an additional address feature necessary for identifying a transaction recipient beyond a wallet address.
"The memo is not valid” indicates that you have entered the wrong memo. Please confirm with the recipient to make sure that your information is correct.
