#BTC I have noticed that many of the trading pairs missing the USDC counterpart. Will this be corrected before the MICA Stablecoin restrictions for EEA Users on 2025-03-31 get applied?

Based on the following article, Binance Card, the card is available in most European countries. However, I can only see an option to 'Register Interest'. Is this due to the high demand, or is the card yet to be available in my country? By the way, anyone who follows me, I promise to follow back:)
