#BTC 6月1日消息，据金十报道，Meta Platforms(META.O)股东在本周的年度会议上投票否决了将比特币纳入公司财务的提议。据报道，超过49亿名股投票反对此举，仅有392万股支持。继几个月前微软推动比特币成为主流之后，Meta Platforms成为最新一家考虑向股东施压，将比特币纳入其资产的大型科技公司。然而，和微软一样，股东们出于对波动性的担忧投票否决了该提议。提案由投资者、美国国家公共政策研究中心代表Ethan Peck提交，他建议公司研究将部分现金和债券转换为比特币的可能性，以更好地维护股东价值。
