๐ The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has required issuers of spot Ethereum ETFs to submit S-1 forms by Friday.
Previously, BlackRock and VanEck have already submitted their forms.
๐ The submission of the forms will allow the SEC to begin the first round of comments and amendments. It is expected that at least two rounds of document submissions will be required for the approval of the forms.
Approval of the S-1 forms will give the green light for the commencement of Ethereum ETF trading on the exchange.๐
