Mentougou seems to come around every year to scare retail investors. This has been happening since I entered the industry. For so many years, this "sword" has hung over the heads of retail investors.
Sooner or later, this sword will strike, but as the market grows larger, its impact diminishes each year. Before 2020, this sword could stab retail investors from head to toe, but now it can only cut halfway through. If it keeps getting delayed, it will eventually just be a minor annoyance.
