on a lay man understanding BTC purchase is when an individual have money to invest he/she will like to buy through p2p or through a client who want to sells BTC and receive it straight to it's address .
while #ETF is when the bank and government is involved in crypto regulations which will make an individual, before purchasing BTC from his account the government will know the transactions it will be transparent because of scamming of its citizens . the government will list on specific asset for its citizens to invest in .
