A big bullish news in crypto world. There is the announcement of the Superintelligence Alliance ($ASI)Ā š§ This announcement marks the merging ofĀ Ā Ā @Fetch.ai,Ā @SingularityNETĀ , andĀ @oceanprotocolĀ into the single largestĀ #decentralizedAIĀ project in the world. The tokens fromĀ $AGIX,Ā $OCEANĀ &Ā $FETĀ will all merge into oneĀ #AIĀ token known as the Artificial Superintelligence token, with the ticker ofĀ $ASI. The currentĀ $FETĀ network will be the home of theĀ $ASIĀ token.
FET token stakers on the Fetch.ai network will have access to a governance proposal. Additionally, other communities involved will cast their votes regarding the merger.
Voting will be conducted from Tuesday, April 2nd to 7th.
Upon receiving majority approval from each respective community, the proposed changes will take effect as follows:
1. FET will convert to ASI, featuring a total supply of 2.63055 billion tokens and an initial price set at $2.82.
2. AGIX will move to ASIwith a conversion rate of 0.433350 to 1.
3. OCEAN token will also migrate to ASI, with a conversion rate of 0.433226 to 1.
Upon completion of these transitions, ASI will boast a total Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) of USD 7.5 billion, effective as of March 26, 2024.
