According to Odaily, the Bitcoin sidechain project MicrovisionChain, also known as $SPACE, is set to launch a developer contest in June. The first season's total prize value is expected to reach $1 million in $SPACE tokens. MicrovisionChain is a Bitcoin sidechain solution that uses the same UTXO+POW consensus model as Bitcoin. It features a Turing-complete smart contract functionality and corresponds 1:1 with Bitcoin's satoshi. The project allows Bitcoin SHA256 miners to seamlessly switch to $SPACE mining.
