According to Foresight News, Web3 marketing startup DeForm has completed a $4.6 million seed funding round led by Kindred Ventures, with participation from Elad Gil, Scalar Capital, A.Capital, Alchemy Ventures, Naval Ravikat, Sota Watanabe, Sep Kamvar, Scott Belsky, and Marc Bhargava. The funds will be used to expand the team and address the issue of cross-chain verification of consumer transaction history. DeForm's parent company, Contribution Labs, provides blockchain-based tools for marketers to help expand the digital marketing field. Marketers can use the DeForm platform to understand users based on their wallet transaction history and token ownership, allowing for tailored marketing plans. The platform itself is not related to the blockchain but is built on top of Layer 1 Alchemy. DeForm has partnered with Base to establish a digital asset plan and launched the Genesis Builder NFT in appreciation of Base.
