We all are aware of the volatility of the Crypto Market, and with a debate on should we put the investment at one go or should we buy the Crypto in SIP has been ongoing since a long time.
Where sometimes we feel that the Crypto Market is down and might not again come back to the current levels makes us invest the entire amount at one go, with a wish that the market keeps on going up.
On the other hand if you are doing a strategic investment it is better to invest in lots in Crypto Market, as it makes you more confident as you purchase the same Crypto at different levels and are confident even if the market comes down from your previous buying price.
But there are disadvantages also in both kind of investment:
In Lump sum investment where we buy assuming that the market will rise from the current levels, but a dip in the market can surely make us nervous and also sometimes make us liquidate our portfolio in losses as well.
In SIP purchase if the market keeps on increasing after our first buy, it makes our profit ratio less than what we could have made if we buy in lump sum,
But eventually investing in lump sum can end up in losses the SIP will give you profits.
