Elon Musk gave a live speech supporting Trump, the prediction market platform Polymarket showed Trump’s odds of winning the U.S. presidential election jumped to 50.8%, while Kamala Harris's chances fell to 48.4%.

Harris had been leading for nearly a month prior. Musk commented that Polymarket's data is more reliable than traditional polls because it involves real financial stakes, which he believes provide a more accurate reflection of people's expectations.
