Terraform Labs, the company behind the collapsed Terra ecosystem, is reportedly in discussions with third parties to sell some of its business divisions. This move is part of Terraform Labs' efforts to raise funds to settle a $4.47 billion lawsuit filed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). According to sources, Terraform Labs is looking to sell four of its business divisions. These divisions are said to be non-core and their sale is expected to generate between $184 million and $442 million. The proceeds from the sale will be used to compensate investors who lost money in the Terra ecosystem's collapse. Terraform Labs has previously stated that it is in the process of selling its four business divisions. The sale of these divisions is a significant step towards resolving the SEC lawsuit and providing compensation to affected investors.
