• Hoskinson believes Ethereum's structure gives Mr. Buterin too much influence. He says, A system where one person can change the direction of an entire project is not truly decentralized.

In simple terms, Hoskinson believes that having one leader can lead to problems, like a captain steering a ship without the input of the crew. He argues that the best option is a group of people making decisions together.

험헫헚헊헩험: #ethereum is a dictatorship, according to #Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson.

Unlike Ethereum, Hoskinson argues, Cardano uses a different governance model designed to solve what he calls the governance trilemma.

This trilemma is a balancing act between three key issues: Efficiency: how quickly decisions are made.

Efficiency: how well things work.

Integrity: making sure everyone's voice is heard.

The introduction of on-chain governance has brought two new players into Cardano's power structure - DReps and CC members.

Hoskinson also noted that the blockchain can be as simple as #bitcoin . He believes that the Cardano model is more equitable, engages more communities and allows everyone to get a seat at the table.

Interestingly, Hoskinson co-founded Ethereum in 2014. However, he had a different vision for the project than Buterin and eventually left the Ethereum Foundation. At the time, Hoskinson wanted to focus on a commercial model, while Buterin was more interested in an open source approach. These disagreements led to a meeting in Switzerland where Buterin decided to fire Hoskinson from the project.
