The majority of the Hamster token airdrop participants are opposing the Hamster crypto project team over alleged unfair token distribution.

“Hamster Kombat” is a Telegram-based text game where players engage in battles between hamsters. Players can choose their hamster, train it, and compete in combat with others. The game involves strategy, leveling up, and earning rewards through victories in these virtual battles.

As we previously reported, Season 1 of the airdrop has ended, and the next season has started. The project team distributed tokens to the airdrop participants according to their eligibility criteria, based on their predetermined token distribution framework.

In the last 24 hours, the majority of airdrop participants took to X (formerly Twitter) to criticize the Hamster Kombat token project team for partiality in token distribution.

For example, popular Indian crypto influencer Pushpendra Singh Kushwah said that 63% of airdrop participants were scammed. He claimed that many people were unfairly terminated from the airdrop campaign as non-eligible participants, while shady and suspicious participants were rewarded with a large amount of tokens.

Hamster Kombat SCAM EXPOSED! 🚨63% of YOU got screwed out of your airdrop! We warned you before the snapshot, and now their scam is unfolding exactly as we predicted.Their shady tactics are clear—players are being disqualified for no reason while the real exploiters stay in… pic.twitter.com/9ESriTWT4q

Another Crypto X user said that only big crypto influencers who generated a high number of referrals through the referral program were able to earn huge token rewards, which shows that this airdrop campaign was focused on increasing the number of participants rather than rewarding each individual who contributed to the value of the crypto project.

Hamster Kombat has betrayed us! 📌 Airdrops went to YouTubers, while users got tiny rewards. It’s time for real compensation! I’m unfollowing @hamster_kombat. Join me! Unfollow and report those who misled you! ❌ pic.twitter.com/vDquhr2Shn

Some other Crypto X users alleged that they had been active in this token airdrop for the past 4 months but received only 100 HMSTR tokens.

Now, it will be interesting to see whether the Hamster crypto project team will respond to this controversy or not, as every crypto project relies on community support, and currently, the community is not happy.
