🛑 Update #4 on Nels’ incredible journey to break the world record for running across America! 🏃‍♂️🇺🇸

Behind every extraordinary feat, there’s a dedicated team working tirelessly behind the scenes. For Nels, having a support crew isn’t just a luxury—it’s essential. They keep him fueled 🥤, hydrated 💧, and on track both physically and mentally, ensuring he can push through the toughest miles. 💪

Nels is supported by two key vehicles: an RV 🚐 for rest and recovery, and a follow car 🚗 that stays with him throughout the day. For the first 10 days, his follow car was crewed by Ella Lombardi and Kerrie Rideout. Recently, the team has shifted, with Ruth Kohstall and Paul Nielsen stepping in to continue providing vital assistance. 🙌

As the terrain flattens out and the elevation drops, Nels is steadily increasing his daily mileage, moving stronger and faster through each state as he edges closer to his goal. 🎯
