How does it affect?
Simple
Rate cuts = Market pumps
Rate hikes = market dumps
Ohhhh
So, rate cuts is coming
Question is,
I am noob, what is rate cuts?
Means more money will come to markets now. This is how rate cuts are bullish.
Let's understand, with an example
. 25 bps is 0.25%
So, when rate increase, more money is sucked by market as more intrest have to be given back to markets for the same
But when rate cuts happen, we pay less for the same thus more money is with us which goes to investing and markets ultimately.
We are starting rate cut cycle.
Europe have already cut 50bps
China have Already Announced 50bps
Next US, talking about 50bps
Or atleast 25bps ahead is a must case scenario
Next 3 rate cut meetings expected
Next year we are expecting 100bps cut atleast.
Thus a fundemental bullish play ahead for time ahead.
