The Central Bank has tagged funds allocated from the sovereign fund for the construction of a railway line, ensuring that the marked money will only be paid to organizations that have fulfilled all obligations.
âïž The government of Kazakhstan and the State Anti-Corruption Agency plan to use the pilot project to refine procedures for monitoring the expenditure of budget funds. If successful, they aim to extend these procedures to targeted spending in agriculture, construction, and social welfare payments.
