The German government has significantly resumed Bitcoin (BTC) transfer processes over the past few days, continuing a trend that started last month. A Bitcoin Wallet address linked to German authorities sent 700 BTC, worth $40.47 million, to the address '139PoP' this weekend. These transactions were identified through Arkham's on-chain enterprise analysis.

Reports suggest that these transfers indicate a potential intent to sell the assets, as typically, unlabeled addresses may belong to institutions or discretionary service providers. Meanwhile, this is not the first time the German government has interacted with the Wallet address. In the last three days, authorities have sent more than 1,200 BTC to this Wallet.
