Q: I can't use my wallet balance of crypto assets because it's "unavailable" or "frozen" after depositing.

A: It is possible that your funds have been frozen because the deposit questionnaire has not yet been filled out.

Check the transaction history page (https://www.binance.com/en_JP/my/wallet/history/deposit-crypto) to see if the status is "Information Required". If your status is Information Required, you may be able to access funds by completing a questionnaire.

To complete the deposit questionnaire, click Information Required, and then click "Credit Account Manually."
Answer the contents displayed on the screen and finally press "Submit" to complete.

If your funds are still frozen after completing the survey, please contact customer support via chat.
