How to Withdraw JPY from Binance Japan
1.Log in to your Binance account and go to [Wallet] - [Fiat and Spot] - [Withdraw].
2. Select the withdrawal channel (GMO) or (SBI).
3. Add or select a bank account. If you already added a bank account before, please proceed to step 5.
4. Add a new bank account as the order in the screenshots below.
4.a For users who have katakana name:
The verified katakana name will be extracted from your account information and cannot be changed.
If this name does not match the registered name in the bank account, withdrawal will fail. Please contact our Customer Support should you have any issues.
4.b For users who do not have katakana name:
You will need to key in your katakana name in double byte characters.
You can only provide this name once and the name will be saved in your Binance account. When another new bank account is added, previously created katakana name will be retrieved and cannot be modified. Should you encounter any issues, please contact our Customer Support.
If you cannot find your bank's information in the dropdown list, you can choose "Other" and provide the requested information for your bank account, which includes Account Holder’s Name in Katakana, Bank Name, Bank Code, Bank Branch Name, Bank Branch Code, Account Type and Account Number.
*We accept deposit transfer from most banks/financial institutions in Japan
5. Confirm your withdrawal instructions.
6. Fill in all of the 2FA verification codes.
7. Withdrawal result appears as below.
1. What is the processing time for a withdrawal request?
A: The withdrawal is processed within 1 business day.
2. If my legal name has been changed and it is not matching with the Katakana name on the system anymore, what should I do?
A: Please contact our Customer Support for further review and assistance.
3. I received the message “Account Limit Reached”, what should I do?
A: There’s a limit for each user to add or remove the bank accounts. Please kindly wait for 24 hours to make a new attempt.
4. Why did my withdrawal fail?
A: There are possible reasons that a withdrawal failed. Please check the funding balance on your Binance account and if your Katakana name, bank account number and account type are correct. If your bank account is only 6 digits, kindly input "0" in the front to follow the format of 7 digits. You can also reach out to our Customer Support for further assistance.
