As Binance global has completed the Enjin Coin (ENJ) mainnet swap, withdrawals of ENJ (ERC-20) have been suspended. Since Binance Japan uses the same platform as Binance global, Binance Japan users are currently unable to withdraw ENJ using the Ethereum network.
Binance Japan is currently working on obtaining relevant local regulatory approvals for ENJ on the Enjin network. A separate announcement will be made once the withdrawal of ENJ on the Enjin network becomes available.
Please rest assured that other services on ENJ, including trading and deposits are not impacted. Thank you very much for your understanding.
