BTC is not pumping dumping now, it is trying to hold the levels. This is a very good sign of big players absorbing the selling force at such high levels. We can expect a bull run anytime now. But keep in mind, there always comes a steep crash of ~30% before big runs, and BTC target after crash is around 2x of the minimum price in that crash.
Plan your trade accordingly.

Guess who is breaking out?
BTC is probably closing above 38,000 on daily chart. If it does so, we can see a rally to 42,000 immediately within a week or two.
