The key issue is that it defines 'liquid staking' in such a way that derivatives are included and genuine liquid staking such as #Cardano ommited.

The distinction between liquid staking and liquid staking derivatives is important. As #Cardano is the only blockchain in the top 50 which has liquid staking; this is an improvement differentiator.
