i lost 150 Dollars but just patience ...

I have had this problem since I started trading with an unknown person. It was my first time. I did not know much. I spent a total of 136 dollars with it. My balance has reduced to 129. I have applied 92% staff loss but it does not close the trade at all.
This person has locked for 15 days, now the trade does not close at all, neither my balance comes back.
main question Will my balance deplete further due to 92 staff layoffs or not?
Second question? If there is any problem, please help me to finish it.
