AssangeDAO member Silke Noah reported that of the 16,593 ETH (about $37 million), about 11,000 Ether was spent on the legal defense and campaign to free Assange. 🕰️ The DAO was created by Assange's friends and family to raise funds for his defense using new funding mechanisms.
