Is there any hope for the trapped altcoins to recover their capital?

During a bull market, there are usually two to three significant mid-term adjustments, and the market tends to continue to rise after each adjustment. Unless it is the last adjustment, the previous adjustments are usually to lay a better foundation for the rise. Over time, each rise tends to be higher than the previous one, until the market enters the final mad bull phase, when the market may experience a sharp decline, signaling the end of the bull market.

In order to deal with this situation effectively, it is important to accurately determine which adjustment is for a better rise and which rise is in the final mad cow stage. When the market falls, don't panic, but actively look for opportunities, protect your principal, and choose investment opportunities with the highest return. During the mad bull stage when market sentiment is high, you can gradually sell the assets you have built to achieve a qualitative leap in wealth.

To determine whether the market has entered a possible major correction or bear market phase, my experience is to rely on sentiment theory and specific market performance. The normal bull market stage is usually accompanied by "volume increase and price increase", that is, the trading volume in the subsequent rising stage should be greater than the trading volume before the previous adjustment. If there is a significant divergence in the volume of a new wave of rising prices, that is, the volume at the new high fails to exceed the high of the previous wave, this may be a dangerous signal that the market is about to change.
